Grad Speakers

Congratulations to the Boys Track and Field team for a stunning performance at the Northern Virginia Invite this weekend.

The Distance Relay team of Collin Dempsey, Haran Nadarajah, Lee Goodson, and Kyle Lund won their race and qualified the elite race at Penn Relays.  Tyree Jones got 5th in the Discus and Luis Smith got 6th in shot put. The 4X800 team of Lee Goodson, Nick Stokes, Collin Dempsey, and Kyle Lund ran to 2nd place and qualifying for the 4X800 elite race at Penn Relays.  They are also the 3rd team ever to break 8 minutes in this race for Frederick county. The 4X400 team of Haran Nadarajah, Lee Goodson, Ronald Robinson, and Kyle Lund ran a blazing race to win 2nd from the slow heat.

Kyle Lund ran a speedy time to win the 800m run.  Kyle beat one of the fasted runners in Virginia and the nation.  Huge win for Kyle!!
