Tina Fey, a popular actress and comedian, is directing the screenplay for the new Mean Girls movie. She wrote the original Mean Girls script, as well as acting as Mrs. Norbury. With all the fame the movie got since its release in 2004, it is evident that the new movie will populate through this new generation. Fey has plenty of recent designs to bring to the movie. The new movie will be a comedic musical, and it seems like many are going to enjoy it based on the trailer.
“I think that the new movie is going to be similar to the old one but not quite the same. I think that since there are new characters it will not be the same and as good as the old one. But overall I’m really looking forward to the movie and I think I will enjoy it,” Sophomore Molly Mcneece shares.
