Welcome to the Oakdale High Prophets. This is the first year where some of the classmates predict the future scores for all Oakdale Athletics Sports for the upcoming week. As the year goes on, the sports for each week will change and so will every opponent that they go up against. Some weeks we might even predict the scores for some of Maryland’s National teams such as The Terrapins, Ravens, or later in the year, Orioles.
For this week, Oakdale Varsity Football plays one of their biggest rivals of the year, the Linganore Lancers at Oakdale, being Maryland’s game of the week. Also, both Girls Soccer, both Boys Soccer, Golf, and both Volleyball teams are all playing Frederick either at Oakdale or at Frederick. Finally, Varsity Field hockey plays Brunswick and the JV team plays Middletown.
