Friday the 13th… Come to Skate Frederick! The Oakdale Bears will take on the Frederick Co-op team. The puck drops at 4:45 and admission is always free. Let’s pack the stands and cheer the team on to victory!

Are you interested in conducting your own research or designing a solution? You should see Mrs. Morgenthaler in B114. An interest meeting will be on December 13th during SET. Your ideas could have you representing OHS next May. 

The Interact club is starting up and asking for members! Take this great opportunity to be active in your community, and get many student service hours! They will meet once a week to discuss ideas to help the community. Join by contacting Cammy Courtney at [email protected].

On Friday the 20th, the Environmental club will be hosting a Staff v.s Senior basketball game during fith block. $5 to watch and $5 to play.  Tickets will be sold starting the 13th up until the 19th! Five to ten people per team. Sign up fast only 4 teams can enter!! First 100 people to purchase a ticket are entered in a raffle to win prizes!!  Help raise money for a new water fountain in our school and get out of your 5th block!!

National Math Honor Society and Dance Honor Society pictures are this Friday on the main stairwell at 10:20 am!  Please meet us there before going to your requested SET location that day!

Bonnie Claggett and Finding Your Footprint Foundation, Inc will visit OHS Wednesday December 11th to help students learn stress management strategies and meditation. You may sign up using the QR code (please display QR code on flyer). All students attending will have their names entered in a drawing for one free Oakdale admission pass which may be used at any Oakdale event. Staff are welcome as well.

You can save three lives this holiday season! In the spirit of giving, The National Honor Society will host an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Friday, 13 December in the Auxiliary Gym. If you are 16 years old and interested in donating blood, please see Dr. Schoder in room B 206 for a permission slip.
