On Saturday night, the Oakdale Marching Band competed in its first competition.  They earned 1st place and took all of the awards for Best Percussion, Colorguard, Visual, Overall, and Music.  Their next competition will be on Sept. 28 at the Naval Academy Stadium. Please come out and support the Bear Band!

The boys soccer team has started the regular season with a 1-0-1 record tying Walkersville and winning at Williamsport. Griffin Vinal leads the team with 2 goals and Rliey Daiger has a goal and an assist.

 

The JV Boys soccer team is 2-0-0 with wins over Walkersville and Williamsport. Dylan Miller has two shutouts in goal.

Girls soccer continues undefeated against Boonsboro. JV makes a comeback and wins 3-2. Goals and assists by Avery Plate and Caroline Nardi with another goal by Hailey Hallenberg. Varsity won 4-1 with goals and assists from Megan Connor and Alyssa Martin. Two goals for Sam Foster and one from Hannah Claggett. Varsity plays at Frederick tomorrow at 5:00!
