It’s been ten years since Oakdale’s Unified track and field has won states. But this year, Unified Track takes home the first place medal. The athletes including Eli Corridon-Crum, Asa Deickman, Madeline Gladhill, Mason Gladhill, Bella Migdal, Dominic Parson, Gabriella Patino, Alexandra Reed, Deniela Toro-Torres, and their team manager Thomas Bon were all set for states. They prepared for the meet by having two practices a week leading up to the meet. Unified track did get second place in the county, which led up to their recent first place win.
