Looking good oakdale for America Monday! Let’s remember to dress our best for tourist tuesday! Wednesday is country vs country club! Throwback Thursday is of course, Thursday, and finally we have class colors on friday. For each class your colors are: Freshman- White Sophomores- Gray Juniors- Black Seniors- Tie dye. Show some school spirit oakdale!

This week’s student of the week is Tanner Appleby.  Tanner was nominated by Ms. Caliskan because Tanner was instrumental in helping several students with their personal devices as they had special issues connecting to FCPS guest/My HRW for the textbook and any other problem that came up. He was super nice and patient about it and even helped one girl with an issue that she has had for several years and he finally helped her figure it out.   As this week’s Student of the Week, Tanner will receive a coupon for one free admission ticket to an Oakdale High School event. Way to go Tanner!

In the first period competition for the food drive, Mrs. Smith’s class is now in first place with 84 items with Mrs. Cole’s class in second place with 70.  Mrs. Isacco’s class is in third place with 33 and Ms. Graziano and Mrs. Bluman are tied for fourth with 28 items.
