All Varsity Boys VARSITY soccer players, reminder we will be meeting Thursday in room B144 immediately after school to collect uniforms and hand out awards

Congratulations to the girls cross country team on an impressive performance at the MD 2A State championships last Saturday. The girls took on the infamous Hereford Course and placed 8th against tough competition. The bears that raced include Aubrey Schaffer (who placed 8th overall), Caylin Walker (who placed 41st overall), Hayley Ross (who placed 53rd overall) , Hailey Hallenberg (who placed 73rd overall), Zhana Ivanova (who placed 75th overall), Karina Turner ( who placed 79th overall) and Sarah Rash (who placed 80th overall). The girls would like to thank Mrs. Smith for making the trip to Hereford to support the teams, and would also like to congratulate Coach Lillard and the boys team on their well-earned state championship. 

There will be a meeting after school on Tuesday, Nov 19  for those students interested in being on the Bocce team.  The meeting will begin at 2:30 in the cafeteria. Students are encouraged to bring a copy of their physicals and paperwork to the meeting. Please see Coach Connolly or Coach O, if you have any questions or can not attend the meeting.

If you would like to participate in this year’s Operation Christmas Child shoebox outreach, please see Mr. Gough in B229. You can fill a shoebox full of toys to be sent across the world to show a child you care. Anyone is able to participate and boxes need to be turned in to Mr. Gough by next Friday the 22nd.

ASL club will be meeting during SET on Wednesday because we missed our meeting last week. If you are called by an academic class, please remember they have priority. We will be discussing T-shirt sales, Officer Positions and our next meeting agenda. Please attend if you can!
