The Bear Pride Committee would like to recognize the following students for their perfect attendance for the month of January.  They all received $10.00 gift certificates to Dunkin Donuts:

Sean Delbridge – 9th grade

Tahlia Kuziw – 9th grade

Cooper Lemley – 11th grade

Garrison Linton – 10th grade

Michael Stossell – 10th grade

Brian Tu – 12th grade – has the “prime parking” spot for the month of March!

This week’s student of the week is Ally Davis.  Ally was nominated by Mr. Welch and Ms. Sutherin because Ally consistently helps other high school students and preschoolers. She has a very positive energy and makes sure all things are ready to go for preschool. In Cultures and Cuisines 2, Ally is always the last one there on Friday’s cleaning up and making sure everything is ready for the next week before she leaves.  She can always be counted on to see what needs to be done and do it without having to be told. She handles the pressure of expediting or quickly adjusting orders to fill requests. She always is ready to lend a hand to fellow students . She can always be counted on to brighten the room with a smile and a sincere hello. She is a true representation of an outstanding OHS student.  As this week’s Student of the Week, Ally will receive one free admission ticket to an Oakdale High School Event. Way to go Ally!

The window for ordering AP exams will go until Friday, March 15.  Students will need to register for their AP exams during this time to avoid an additional late fee. All AP teachers should have registration sheets available to give to students.  They are also available in the AP office. The cost of each exam is $97.76.  Please see Ms. Baker with any questions.  Thank you!

The National Honor Society will sponsor a blood drive on Friday, March 22nd.  You must be at least 16 years old to give blood and have a parental permission form turned in by 15 March.

If you would like to donate or need more information, please see Dr. Schoder in B-206.
